Sculptured ends on Noah’s Ark
I would like to respond to the feedback
to the letter “No mention of sculpturing ends” in the feedback section of
Creation 39(1). Just in case there has
been no response of an experienced
boat builder on this issue I would like
to say my bit. The so-called “
sculpturing” is simply because the curved
front is from a construction point
of view the simplest and light-est. Indeed, it is for the same
reason that several modern and
ancient bridges (arches) have
curved support structures.
A flat front needs several
internal supports that take
up space and add to weight.

William of Ockham
It struck me while reading Creation
39( 2), that although I have been a creationist for 25 years, there is so much
in God’s creation that I have not come
across. After I started writing this I
came across the William of Ockham
article. Some time ago I had an
atheistic friend who misquoted this to
me during a creation/evolution debate
we were having. Let me encourage
you in your work presenting the truth.

Encouraging and uplifting
Thank you. As a science teacher, a
husband, and father, I truly am thankful and grateful for your work. It is
encouraging and uplifting to read
material that aligns to our faith and
the word of God. It is nice to read
evidence about our world that is
not conflicting with the Scripture
and Gospel that leads our faith.

Lee Mosemann: Christianity for Skeptics
I love this book and wish it were better known! I don’t
care who you are, it will give you a whole different
perspective on the Christian worldview.

Refuting Compromise—great book—very thorough and
detailed, yet accessible for most of us—and a very good
reference source. Thanks Dr Jonathan!
John Mountford: Dr Carl Wieland—Creation
I like it when you send articles by any creationist scientist
and include Dr and/or their degree/s before and after
their names as this reinforces the fact that they are
indeed genuine scientists.
Chris Forry: Geology and the young eath
I’ve heard many of the arguments supposedly against a
recent creation but many of these are new to me. I will
add these to my arsenal of defending my young-earth
creation position. Keep up the great work!

CMI you guys have reached out into the darkness of this
world ... well done.
Dehne McLaughlin: ‘Prehistoric’ preachers
CMI ... A wonderful ministry to the church and
evolutionists who take the time to listen or read. The
testimony of creation.com with many thousands of
accessible articles makes it easy for western people to
test Romans 1: 20.
Erratum: in Creation 39( 4), p. 7, we
reported that unfossilized brain
tissue was found in an Iguanadon-
like creature. What was found was
fossilized Iguanodon-like brain
tissue preserving the structure of
brain tissue, fine capillaries, and
collagenous fibres. This is still an
excellent example of rapid
fossilization. And there are
examples of actual soft tissue
preservation (see creation.com/
